CogTool 1.1.5 released

CogTool 1.1.5 is now available from Download CogTool. This version simplifies installation and use on Windows machines. It is no longer necessary to download a Java Runtime Environment separately when running CogTool on Windows, nor are any special steps required to run it on 64-bit versions of Windows.
